Rich pursued his career in real estate after he spent 11 years as a commodity trader starting at the Chicago Board of Trade, then developing and running the central order trading desk for Chicago Corp working at the World Trade center thereafter becoming an International Monetary Market member on the Chicago Mercantile exchange trading floor with Oppenheimer whilst during his entire career maintained and pursues his other passion as a professional comedian.

Most recent multi-family sale that has left an impression on the community is his unbelievable sale for one of his clients, whom is a property management, in the sale of a 6 unit Buena Park multi-family for a sales price of $5.1 million.
