CONLON/Christie's goes to the 2016 CAR Sales Awards

Every year the Chicago Association of Realtors crunch the numbers, analyze the data, and find the elite of the elite to award those that have shown brightest in real estate sales excellence. 

Last year, Timothy Sheahan was honored as one of the Chicago’s top agents winning a Platinum Award for one of Chicago’s 7 highest volume brokers and the CONLON/Christie's family had strong showings in the categories of excellence. 

This year was no different for CONLON/Christie's International Real Estate.

Timothy Sheahan was awarded a Platinum level for Individual Residential Sales volume of $60-$114 million and received a Bronze level distinction for 51-69 units sold.

Deborah Hess was awarded a Silver Level for Individual Residential Sales volume between $23-$39.9 million, as well as a Bronze for between 51-69 units sold. The Sam Jenkins Group won a Silver for Teams with Residential Sales Volume between $23-$39.9 million and were honored as a Top Producing team for their achievement of 27-50 Residential Sales Units.

Kevin Cibula was awarded a Bronze for Individuals with Residential Sales Volume between $18-$22.9 million and was honored as a Top Producer for his individual achievement with Residential Sales Units between 27-50.

Ted Guarnero & the Guarnero Real Estate Group took home two bronzes for their $18-$22.9 million in Team Residential Sales Volume and for their Team Residential Sales Units between 51-69.

Tim Knipper took home a Bronze level for Individuals with Residential Sales Units between 51-69.

Several agents of the CONLON/Christie's family were awarded as Chicagoland’s Top Producers: 

Awards for the Top Producers for Individuals with Residential Sales Volume of over $17 million were conferred to Kenneth Dooley and Richard Kasper. Kenneth Dooley was further honored as a Top Producer with Residential Sales Units between 27-50.

James Buczynski was honored as a Top Producer for Individuals with Residential Sales Volume in excess of $16 million and as a Top Producer with Residential Sales Units between 27-50.

Jamie Connor was honored as a Top Producer for Individuals with Residential Sales Volume in excess of $15 million.

Daniel Sullivan was honored as a Top Producer for Individuals with Residential Sales Volume in excess of $14 million. 

Tim Knipper and Mark Icuss were both honored as Top Producers for Individuals with Residential Sales Volume in excess of $13 million.

Kieran Conlon and Christian Pezzuto were both honored as Top Producers for Individuals with Residential Sales Volume in excess of $9 million.

Daniel Otto was honored as Top Producer for Individuals with Residential Sales Volume in excess of $8 million.
