CONLON Closes Two Big Deals

CONLON/Christie’s International Real Estate sold a pair of multi-million dollar homes on the city’s North Side last week.

The new construction properties at 1936 W. Grace St. in North Center and 1322 W. Nelson St. in Lakeview and sold for the asking price, in a sign that demand for new properties continues to be strong.

The single-family home on Grace was the most expensive, at $1.71 million.

The 4,800-square-foot property, located in the desirable Bell School District, has  seven bedrooms, five full bathrooms and a three-car garage with roof deck. Amenities include coffered ceilings, two fireplaces, and a chef’s kitchen with 48-inch cabinets and high-end appliances. The listing agents were Dan Spain and Dana Dinello.

On Nelson Street, the newly built home of 4,200 square feet has six bedrooms and four bathrooms. Highlights include lavish bathrooms and a lower-level with radiant heated floors, a family room and wet bar. The sale price was $1.585 million. The listing agents were Rich Kasper and Tim Sheahan.
