With a subscription to "Architectural Digest" at twelve and a member of The National Trust for Historic Preservation at sixteen, Nate has a life-long appreciation of architecture and preservation. Being raised and educated in Eastern Iowa, Nate knows that hard work, honesty, and service with a smile are not dead in today's market place. With a love of America's Heartland and a yearning for an urban oasis with strong Midwestern values, Chicago was a natural choice to make home.
